Can we arrive on the day of our choice?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In July and August, arrivals and departures take place only on Saturdays and for a period of 7 nights.In low season, you can arrive every day (subject to availability), for a minimum of 2 nights.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What’s available?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By booking directly on our website, you can check availability directly.Reservations by e-mail are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, so it may be that when you contact us some rentals are still available but will no longer be when you validate the quote.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What payment methods are accepted?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can pay for your stay by cheque (but only 1 month before your arrival), credit card (VAD and payment on site), vacation vouchers (we are ANCV approved), cash and bank transfer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

When do I pay my deposit?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A reservation becomes final upon receipt of your deposit.The deposit is 25% of the total cost of your stay + a handling fee of 20 euros.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Do you offer cancellation insurance?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

Yes, it must be taken out at the same time as your reservation, and cannot be added later.In case of cancellation, you deal directly with Campez Couvert.The terms and conditions can be downloaded from our website.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What are the arrival and departure times?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

Arrivals are from 4pm to 7pm.If you arrive after reception has closed, please inform us of your late arrival.Departures are only possible in the morning from 8am to 11am. Please contact reception to make an appointment for the inventory of fixtures.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Do I have to pay a deposit when I arrive?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

On arrival, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 350 euros to cover loss, breakage or damage to rented equipment.A deposit of 50 euros is also required to guarantee the cleanliness of the premises.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

When can I get my deposit back?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the inventory of fixtures, you’ll get your deposit back if the mobile home is clean and in perfect condition.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Can I park more than one vehicle on the site?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

Tent and mobile home pitches are for 1 vehicle.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Are bicycles available for hire on site?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

Yes, we offer bike hire at the campsite.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Are barbecues allowed?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, but only electric or gas.Charcoal barbecues are strictly forbidden by prefectoral decree.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Is it possible to invite my family or a friend?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Like all campsites, we have a maximum capacity which must not be exceeded for insurance reasons. For reasons of safety and comfort, reception reserves the right to refuse visitors. In any case, don’t hesitate to come and see us at reception to discuss it.Our mobile homes have a maximum capacity that must be respected. If you intend to welcome an extra person, make sure you rent a mobile home that can accommodate this person and declare the new occupant to the campsite reception in order to pay the tourist tax and see the different terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Is there a launderette?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We offer a washing machine for 4.50 euros, including detergent.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Are minors accepted?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We accept groups of young people if one of them has reached the age of majority.Documents will be required for all under-age children. Please contact us so that we can send you the necessary documents.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Can I pitch a tent on my mobile home pitch?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No, for safety reasons it is not permitted to pitch a tent on a mobile home pitch.However, you can set up tents or caravans on a pitch provided for this purpose, at the price charged by the campsite.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What equipment do mobile homes come with?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

Each mobile home is fully equipped with a hob, microwave oven, fridge, coffee maker and toaster, as well as crockery, comforters and pillows.On arrival, you’ll find a mattress and pillow protection kit in every room.The inventory is available in the download section.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What equipment is available for hire?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To make your stay as easy as possible, we offer :– Gas or electric barbecue– Top fridge or large fridge– air conditioner or fan– Baby cot and high chair– BikesA deposit is required for all rentals.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What should I bring to the campsite?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

Don’t hesitate to consult the inventory of our rentals, but remember to bring your own sheets and pillowcases (1 standard double bed and 2 single beds), cleaning products, washing-up liquid, sponge and tea towel; your toiletries and towels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Camper, here’s a short list so you don’t forget anything;– Tent and essential accessories (stakes, sardines, ropes, twine and hammer)– Inflatable mattress, bed linen and air pump– Folding table and chairs– Lamp and battery– Cleaning products, sponge and cloth– Stove and dishes– Down– Toiletries, towel and toilet paper.Of course, don’t forget your sunscreen and mosquito repellent.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Is there a supermarket nearby?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You’ll find Lidl and HyperU close to the campsite, as well as numerous markets and shops in Grau d’Agde, Cap d’Agde and Agde.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Is there a swimming pool and when is it open?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

The swimming pool is open from May to September, from 10am to 8pm.Children’s bathing remains the sole responsibility of parents or accompanying adults.Wristbands are compulsory in summer and will be issued on arrival.Shorts and Bermuda shorts are forbidden.For toddlers, don’t forget the special waterproof diaper.The swimming pool is reserved for our guests.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Are you Vacaf approved (AVF, Aide au Vacance Familiale)?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes. For family vacation assistance, we need the following information in order to calculate the amount of assistance required, to draw up a quotation and\/or to make a booking so that we can start paying for your holiday if you agree:– Surname, first name, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address (for quotations and reservations)– Beneficiary number and department number (for quotations and reservations)– Surname, first name, date of birth (for quotation) and photocopies of IDs of all participants (for booking)– The dates on which you wish to travel and the type of accommodation you require (see availability on our website in the booking\/quotation tab) (for quotations and bookings).For all online bookings, please indicate your beneficiary number in the comments.Bear in mind that the amount announced for assistance depends on the percentage of this assistance (e.g.: 60% coverage up to a maximum of 600\u20ac, so for a stay costing 1000\u20ac the assistance will be 600\u20ac, but for a stay costing 500\u20ac the assistance will be 300\u20ac).The type of accommodation must correspond to the number of people supported by the CAF. In this example, for 1 adult and 1 child, the type of accommodation must be a maximum of 2 bedrooms for 2 people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

VACAF aid can only be granted for stays during the official school vacation period if one of the children is of compulsory school age, i.e. will be either 3 or under 17 during the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
