In July and August, arrivals and departures are scheduled on Saturdays only. Minimum stay is 7 days in high season.
In low season, you can arrive any day of the week (according to availability). Minimum stay is 2 days in low season.
By booking on our website, you’ll be able to check availability live.
By booking by email, there may be a discrepancy between the availability we give you at the time we receive your request and answer it and the availability by the time you confirm it. Requests will be processes by order of arrival.
Credit cards, cash, bank transfer and French holiday vouchers (ANCV accredited) are accepted.
As soon as possible in order to secure your booking. A booking is confirmed at reception of your down payment.
The down payment is 25 % of the total amount of your reservation + 20 euros processing fees.
We can offer a cancellation insurance, but you have to take it out at the time of booking. You can’t subscribe after your booking is completed.
In case of cancellation, you will be in contact directly with the insurance company (Campez Couvert).
Check-in time is from 4 to 7PM. If you plan a late arrival, please inform us beforehand.
Check-out from 8 to 11AM. Contact the reception to make an appointment for inventory.
At arrival, a deposit of 350 euros will be requested in order to guarantee the possible loss or damage of rented material.
A 50 euros deposit will also be requested to secure the cleaning of your mobile home at the end of your stay.
After the inventory, you will get back you caution in full if the mobile home is clean and in perfect condition.
You can park up to maximum one car on your pitch. Should you need to park another car, a parking is available at the entrance of the campsite.
We offer a bicycle rental service. Come and see us at the reception of the campsite.
Only electric or gas barbecues are allowed on our campsite. By prefectural decree, charcoal barbecues are strictly forbidden.
Yes, but every person who wants to enter to the campsite has to register at the reception. For insurance purpose, entrance to the campsite will be subject to the occupancy rate. Don’t hesitate to come and see us if you’re planning on having visitors, we’ll make sure you’ll be able to do so.
If you plan on having visitors overnight, please make sure it’s in accordance with the maximum capacity of you mobile home. Don’t forget to register your guests staying overnight to make sure they pay the tourist tax.
We propose a washing machine for 4,5 euros, washing powder included.
We accept group of young people if at least one of them is over 18. He will be responsible for ensuring that they observe and respect the campsite rules.
Documents will be required beforehand for all minors, please contact us in order to receive the complete list of documents requested.
For security reasons, tents can’t be accepted on mobile home pitches.
However, dedicated pitches for tents are available on the campsite, don’t hesitate to contact us for further information and fares.
We welcome dogs, except category 1 and 2 dogs (guard and defense dogs).
Dogs must be registered at the time of booking and will be charged 3,5 euros per day.
Dogs must always be on a leash inside the campsite and they cannot be left without supervision at any time, even if they are on a leash.
All mobile homes come with a fitted kitchen with a gas cooker, a fridge, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a toaster and complete kitchenware. We also provide duvets and pillows and complimentary mattress and pillow protectors for each bedroom. A complete inventory list is available in the Downloads section.
To facilitate your stay, we offer following rentals:
– electric or gas barbecues
– fridges
– fans and air conditioners
– high chairs and travel cots for babies
– bicycles
A deposit will be requested for all rentals
Don’t hesitate to check our inventory list. Remember to bring bed sheets and towels, cleaning products for bathroom and kitchen as well as dishcloths.
For campers in tents, don’t forget:
– tent pegs and poles, cord and hammer
– floor mat or inflatable mattress, pump, sleeping bag, towels
– folding table and chairs
– flashlight and batteries
– stove and kitchenware
– cleaning products, toilet paper
– and of course, sunscreen and mosquito repellent
The closest supermarkets are Lidl and Hyper U. In Grau d’Agde, Agde and Cap d’Agde, you’ll find plenty of supermarkets.
The pool is open from May to September, from 10Am to 8PM for campsite customers only.
During high season, identification bracelets have to be worn visibly to have access to the swimming pool. Y
ou will receive one upon arrival. Access to the pool is prohibited to children without the company of an adult.
Adults with children are fully responsible for their security.
Shorts and bermuda shorts are prohibited. Swim diapers are mandatory for younger children.

In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the validity, interpretation, performance or non-performance, modification or termination of the contract, the customer and the campsite Les Roches d’Agde shall endeavor to reach an amicable solution. In the absence of a response considered to be adequate by the Customer or by the campsite Les Roches d’Agde to a complaint formulated according to the above conditions, the most diligent party will submit the dispute to MEDICYS, a mediation body.
