2,600 years of history to discover ! Agde is one of the oldest cities in France. It is also known as « the black pearl of the Mediterranean » because of the basalt it is built on. Take a cultural break in Agde and visit for example the Cathedral Saint-Etienne, one of the most beautiful religious monuments in Occitania.

Go for a stroll along the Canal du Midi and you’ll get a chance to see the Agde round lock, a unique lock on the Canal du Midi that connects to the Héraultriver in Agde. Our campsite with swimming-pool is ideally located close to Cap d’Adge sandy beaches, aquarium, Arena, leisure park and casino.

500 metersfrom the campsite, l’Archipel, La Cité de l’eau, offers 10 000 sqm of water activities and wellness spa. And only 4km away you’ll find Aqualand for a fun day of water activities (for which you can purchase tickets directly at our front desk to avoid long waiting times at the entrance). From l’île aux loisirs, the recreation center in Cap d’Agde, to the quintessentially Mediterranean atmosphere of the fishing village Grau d’Agde, there is always something exciting to discover around our campsite!

Do you know blobbing ?
It’s an outdoor water activity in which a participant (the blobber) sits on the end of a partly inflated air bag (known as a water trampoline or blob) and is launched into the water when another participant (the jumper) jumps onto the air bag from a platform on the opposite side.
It’s time to try !
